40mm full overlay euro hinge with 45mm screw hole spacing

Question

These are old blum hinges, euro style, full overlay. The cup size is 40mm, and the spacing between the screw holes for the door is 45mm.

I know this is a long shot because it seems like no one makes these, and 40mm euro hinges of any kind seem pretty rare, and the only ones I've found have screw hole spacing of 52mm or maybe 48mm, but I really need ones with 45mm screw spacing..

As of now my plan if I can't find such hinges is to use repair plates to adapt hinges with wider screw spacing, but these plates are only made for 35mm hinges, and most don't have holes for 52mm screw spacing anyway..

I'd appreciate any help you can provide!

We unfortunately don't sell this exact hinge. The closest match looks to be our 32-340, but even this is so different that I can't guarantee it. If you happen to know who made the cabinet, that would probably be your best bet at this stage.
