41" Inch Channel Balance

Need help finding the correct strength number for an impact sash. This sash takes two channel balances on each side, attached is 1 out of the 4.

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to us. Your balance looks like a match for the Series 351 or Series 390. The important difference is the depth of the bottom shoe, as shown below. Can you measure yours and tell us what you get? We'd also like you to confirm the exact weight of the window sash.

Thank you. The size of the shoe is 1 1/8". Also the weight of the sash is 50lbs, this is a commercial window that has 2 balances on both sides as well, so a total of 4 per sash.

Thank you kindly! We recommend having a look at the S390-41 with the 4040 stamp option. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 23 to 30 pounds.

Note that this balance isn't designed to be used for two per side, so we can't predict any complications.
