Thanks for posting! There is a chance that we can supply you with a replacement for your existing spiral balance sash clip but I will need to see an undamaged clip to identify the right replacement. 

Unfortunately, none of the clips we carry are stamped with a 42 and the hook you've included a photo of does not provide much detail to be able to narrow down the correct replacement.
