4200 0000 c-lc25-96x60 window operator

Question

I have a series 4200 0000 c-lc25-96x60 window. I am looking for the operator. The long arm will not stay in the slide on the window. The windows were installed in 2003 or 2004. If the identifying numbers are not correct please let me know where I can find the correct numbers

Unfortunately we are not able to cross reference the numbers provided. To further review, we will need to see pictures of the original operator where we can see a clear view of the arms. From there we can determine the overall style for possible replacement option. Thank you!
