Hello, my window balances are about 25 years old. I like to replace them. Which balances are the right ones? In addition, I'm looking for the correct sash guide for this balance. Two of them have broken off.

Hello,
We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length. With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. We'll also need to know the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two.
As for the top sash guide shown in your photo, there's a good chance that we can supply that part as well but we'll need to see a photo of the front of the guide. Also, please include written-out dimensions of your guide to compare to our replacement options here. Thank you!
