I have a truth broken handle on my Sliding glass door. The handle says a model number of 45004 Im looking to buy the handle. I need help

Thank you for reaching out to us. The 45004 handle that you're looking for has been obsolete for a long time, unfortunately. According to our records, the 82-030 may replace it but you would need to re-drill installation holes. Take a look and see what you think.
