Just bought home, has these installed in several windows.  Some are broken and.or simple don't function properly. I'd like to replace some of them.  Can someone please let me know where I can get the parts and point me to a video that shows me how to remove old piece and install new one.  Any help is appreciated!

Hey there. If that gear the handle attaches to is also popping out, it means the window operator is broken and should be replaced. We likely can help, but I need to see the entire mechanism to identify it, including the arm(s) that move the window. A bird's eye view, either with the operator removed or at least with the window open, will suffice. We'll do our best to help from there.

The video below shows how to remove and replace dual-arm operators. Check it out.

Thank you for the quick response! I took it apart and attach a picture. It's all stripped out. I can't even open the window without pushing it manually, which I don't wanna do as I may not be able to get it shut. Any further help is again appreciated!

Hi again. We're getting there. I still need to see the arm(s) that move the window. They jut out the back of that gear box. Either opening the window (or an identical window in the house) or removing the operator will suffice. We'll do our best to help from there.

ok, I'll find another window that works and send you a picture tomorrow.  It's dark here now or I would do it now.  thank you again!

That's perfect, thanks. This looks like the 39-031 and 39-032 Dual-Arm Operators. Just make sure the arm lengths match what we show below. For a cover and handle, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
