45054 window crank assembly

I have a failed part & need advice on where I can find a replacement. The awning style window does not have any identifying manufacturer marks but the handle is marked 45054. The worm gear has disengaged from the operator.

Thanks for posting! Please take a look at our 39-083 dual-arm crank and compare its dimensions to your own part. Do you think this might match? You should be able to re-use the handle, but just in case, be sure to also look at our 39-114L.

That's IT! I've just placed my order. Thank you for your assistance.

For others who are having this trouble, take note that you need to cut the sealer along the sill & sides to allow you to remove the cover so that you can access & identify the mechanism.
