45240 casement handle

My handle has the #45240 with 17 below it. What handle and cover would I purchase to replace it?

Hi there!

Thank you for posting. Could you possibly send us some photos of your casement handle so that we can better determine a replacement for you? Specifically, 1 top down photo with the window open as far as it will go would be the best way to take the photo.

That's great! Unfortunately, these photos won't exactly identify what casement operator you're going to need. If you could take a photo of the entire mechanism itself that would be best. If you open the window up and take a top down photo from that perspective versus just the handle that would be very helpful. Thanks so much!
