5 /0 1997 vinyl sliding door beige with broken latch hook meshinism

the hook out odf the 1/2 x 3 inch door edge apparatuus no longer functions. this is an older unit but kept in new shape that needs help. can you offer any. I am a retired Jeld-Wen employee . The hook to latch and/or lock no longer works. The locking arm on the side below handle dangles broken or affected by parts inside. I need a new handle of that variety or parts to repair. THANKS
