5 3/8 Door handle

Hello, I just moved and the door handle on my slider on the outside (black handle) won't close with a key. It's not on properly and when closed up again the frame it's tough to turn key. What I want is a handle (like the inside) on outside with lock.

I measured the spacing from the holes and it's 5 3/8 or 5/1/2.

Help....

Thanks for posting. I believe you're looking for the 82-081 handle with key lock in the outside handle. Look it over and see what you think.
