Hello looking for cam coils for 31 3/4x49 1/4 silver line 8002344228  s.o 23039035.1 both side are broken

Hello!

It sounds like you need new coil balances. We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.
