50y old Double hung anderson window sash balance

It's hard to be sure but I believe the stamp shown in the bottom right corner of your second photo reads 9 27, which would be replaced by the 24-939 Andersen sash balance. Double-check and make sure that this is the correct stamp. Thank you!
