5/16" Crank handle replacement

Question

Hi - I spoke to a representative today regarding help identifying a crank handle for 5/16" measurement. The handle has a black inside part with a metal wiring or groove and it NOT a hex shape. I have attached few pictures. Can you please help me identify this on the website.

Thanks for reaching out! Your casement crank handles look like they could be our 39-114L non-folding handle or the 39-205 folding handle which both have a spline size of 11/32. This is just slightly larger than the 5/16" measurement you're seeing.

Most of the crank handles with the 5/16" spline are hex shaped.
