5/16 pin cap

Question

I have looked at pin cap 21-106 for my 5/16 pin. Can you tell me if the bottom inside dimension of the cap is 5/16? The specs on that show only the top. If there is a lip on top this could be the one for my door. It is shown as a related part when looking at the pin with spring+cap or pin and cap assembly. Thanks for clarifying before I buy.

Thanks for posting. The 21-106 can only accept 3/16" pins. While the hole we indicate is on the top of the pin, it goes straight through to the bottom. You might want to consider our 21-016 pin, which has a 5/16" diameter.
