55-092 glazing did not work

I have a 1980 or so glazing that you did not have. I was looking at your glazing and found the 55-092 , all most the same then your site shows my window and that this could possibly be a replacement for the original, and in just looking at it, I had to agree, so I order it. I install one with great effort and on the 2nd one it just would not snap in place. And yes I cleaned and brushed the groves, it looks like it should fit, but it don

I'm sorry to hear that our 55-092 didn't work. Is there any way I can see a few pictures of it side by side with your original? That may help us find a match. Please also tell us how the dimensions differ. Finally, when you take your pictures, please make sure they're angled so that we can see the profile of both glazing samples. Thanks!
