Your part # 55-192 - having a devil of a time putting in bottom seal of window. Any crafty ideas like a feeler gauge - or fancy method to slide it in ??

Well, first, check measurements. Does the 55-192 match your old snap-in? If not, you might need something like 55-164. To install 55-192, you would lay the snap-in on the glass and slide the locking end into the frame opening.

No, there's no reliable way to replace glazing without removing the window sash, especially considering that removal of the window sash is relatively easy in most windows.

Well lying it down would require the entire pane be removed - it is currently installed and upright - any other tricks?
