58-162 dragging on floor

Just installed new replacement bottom sweep (Swissco part 58-162) in Forever View storm door. The sweep drags on cement when opening & closing door, making it difficult to open & close the door because of the resistance. Can anything be done to fix this? Thanks.

You will need to raise up the expander at the bottom of the door. The expander should be held in place by 3 or 4 screws at the bottom inside of the door. Loosen up the screws and push up to allow more clearance at the bottom of the door threshold.
