5/8" Top Sash Guide

Hi, I am trying to identify the top sash guide to place an order for my sliding windows. The existing guide is made of aluminum. I can not find one in your web site that looks like mine. Please help. Thanks!

Perhaps you may be able to use our 18-012 top sash guide as an alternative to your original part. Take a look and let us know what you think.
