5/8" eTube balancer

25" long, 3" attachment link at bottom of window. Windows built in 1938. Wood, double hung. Lower section is 32" x 25 1/2". 1 5/8" thick - single pane. Need four balance tubes and need to know the proper model.

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 5/8" S500-25 spiral balance, along with the 17-012 bracket (sold separately). You'll also have to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper tip color. There's a weight chart under the S500-25 product description that you can use as a reference.

The support from Swisco has been excellent. Emily identified the parts I needed and the weight check required to insure the correct part. I have placed the order and look forward to having functional windows again soon.
