I am looking to replace window balances. The numbers on the metal coils are different though. 1 coil says 5IA and 1 says 7IA. can you help me identify what parts I need to replace these? thanks so much! :)

It appears you need our S140-12 Quik tilt dual coil spring system. Take a look and let us know if this works for you.
