The tape measure is hiding most of the pivot shoe so it's a bit hard to tell, but this might be our 15-111 which uses the Series 160 coil springs. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours and see if this is a match for what you need.

As for your pivot bars, we'll need to see an undamaged one removed from your sash, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory.
