Thanks for your patience during this busy season. We can replace this channel balance, but due to its size it will have to be a special order. Can you just confirm the depth of the bottom shoe? This would be the "heel" to "toe" measurement. It should be either 1" or 1-3/32". Make sure to account for wear; that is to say, note that its depth may be less than what it once was.

Can you also tell me how many balances you need? Once I have this information, I'll email you an order link and price quote for the requested quantity. 

I'm not sure what that top sash guide is. It will ultimately come down to your dimensions, but I cannot tell what yours are from just a ruler next to the part. Top sash guide measurements get very specific and there are a lot you need to consider. I recommend looking at our complete selection here. If you cannot find a good match, you should at least get a good idea of what kind of measurements we'll need.
