600-2 Andersen balance

Question

need to obtain Anderson window balances with these codes stamped on the balance box: 11 602-3 and on the same balance box also 600-2.  ropes broke on two double hung windows.

I don't recognize these numbers, actually. Are there any other numbers stamped on the box or screw-hole flange? If not, give us the width/height of the visible glass in the sash.
