Since Pella uses mostly brand-specific hardware, unfortunately, I'm not confident that we would be able to supply suitable replacements. To confirm, we would need to see both ends and the pulley clip of an undamaged balance. Also, we'll need to know the exact length of the metal channel, its width and depth, and the weight of the sash it supports. Finally, it may help to see the window track where the balance installs, and the side of the sash that connects to the balance. Thank you.
