6598264 Shoe with 19-005 balance

I have a 19-005 balance, windows were purchased in Wa state. Shoe has a patent number stamped on it but not in your inventory (pat. 6598264). What would your quote be for 4 complete balances?

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order due to its design. Before we start, can you just tell me how many you need? Can you also confirm the length? It should be 19-5/8".
