Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we'll need to see your balance fully removed from the jamb liner, including the top of the balance and the fitting that attaches to the end of the pulley. We'll also need to confirm any number stamped on the balance channel. Thank you!

Part I have says 30xHD2 channel with spring is 31" if that helps, it's block and tackle

That information does help but we will still need to see the balance and end fitting uninstalled to determine the correct replacements.

It looks like your balance uses a long S-clip like the 19-030 at the top of the balance but we'll still need to see the fitting attached to the end of the pulley cord to confirm the replacements you need.

Hope this helps

Thanks for getting back to us. I believe that we can supply your balances through a custom order but we would still need to see the blue bottom fitting fully removed from the window to confirm the correct replacements. We'll also need to know the exact weight of your window sash to determine the spring strength needed for your replacements.

Sash weight is 27lbs.

Great! We'll just need a bit of time to get a price quote together for you. We'll follow up as soon as more information is available.

We just sent over an order link and price quote for a pair of 31D stamped balances calibrated to support a sash between 26-30 pounds. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
