7 Highfield sash balance

Question

I've removed a sash balance that I need to replace, see the attached picture.
It's from an old Andersen window installed over 30 years ago. Do you have replacement balances for this window?

Hello,

The R13/927 and L9/1327 stamped on the end tab of the assemblies shown in your second batch of photos indicate that you would need the 24-R13-927 right and 24-L9-1327 left-handed Andersen sash balances for your repair.

I can't quite make out the stamp on the balance shown in your first photo but it looks like it may say 519. If so, see the 24-531 Andersen sash balance. Thank you!
