Screw hole measurements are 7".

When you say the screw holes are 7", are you talking about for the handle or mortise? Can you also tell me what the rest of the dimensions are? These handles generally have to be pretty specific.

In the meantime, look at our 40-049. This has a 6-15/16" hole center spacing on the mortise. I would carefully review every other dimension we show to see if it matches yours.
