7 pivot shoe and coil spring

Question

I need 4 of these. Not sure if there is a left and a right, but I need 2 left and 2 right. The only marking I can make out is a #7 on the pivot shoe and part of a Patent number.
It looks like the coil spring broke away from the pivot shoe,

Thanks for writing in! You'll need the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot to replace the housing pictured here. I'm certain this is the correct replacement but it would be suggested to double check the dimensions.

This housing uses the Series 180 Coil Balance. You'll need the S180-07 to replace the 7lb coil in these assemblies.
