Thank you for reaching out to us. We unfortunately don't carry this brand of balance but we can still help. See our S795-27, which I think may be your best bet. This has a bottom shoe that's 1-1/4" which is similar to yours and accepts a 26-415 pivot bar. Our balance top is screwed to the window frame, so you will also need a 26-200 nylon plug that fits into the punch out square hole and a 33-090 screw. Finally, the spring weight option you want will be the 27D for a sash weighing 22 through 26 lbs. Please review this information and let me know if you had any questions.
