70-026 retainer turn clips in metal

Question

are any Screen Retainer Turn Clips made of metal?  my fear is that the plastic with break down after maybe a year or two in the hot summer sun, west windows.

Hmmm... you can consider our 70-207 metal swivel latch. The nylon busing gives the metal clip a 1/16" build up from the screen.
