70-114 Screw Question

The clips on our wooden storm door are cast, and are beginning to fail. They are attached by a machine screw (6/32 x 3/8) into a holder buried in the door frame. Your part #70-114 looks like a good replacement, but I wonder: does the 6/32 x 3/8 screw fit the cast opening for the attachment of this clip? Thanks. EBF
