70-195 screen pin

Question

These are the correct size and exactly what I needed. Is there a trick to replacing the old ones with the new ones? They sometimes just don't want to push thru the hole. If I try to force - sometimes they bend and become unusable.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this pin. What happens is that the screen spline gets in the way of the hole making it difficult to install the new pin. This is common if you recently had your screens repaired. One trick you can try is opening up the hole in the screen with an awl or possibly a nail the same diameter of the pin.
