700 series spiral balance single hung window.

I have the spiral balance single hung window and I need to replace 2 of them. Here is the information that I have.

It is 30 inches long and appears to be one and a quarter inch in diameter.

I was told that you do not have the 700 series. Hopefully you can find 2 replacements for me.
