7/16 window screen frame corner

Question

This corner has a couple of issues I need help with. First, the corner is not measuring 7/16 x 3/4 like several other sizes. It is measuring 11/16. The other is the 3/8 gap on the parts that fits into the frame. My other 7/16 corners will not fit in the frame

Thanks for posting! The only corner we have, with a measurement close to yours, is the 95-052 Square Cut Corner. Although, to determine if this is the correct replacement, you'll need to carefully review and compare the dimensions below.
