7/16" x 7/8" corner corner.

Need 7/16 with 7/8" corner. 7/16 x 3/4 doesn't work. Makes it too skinny.

I believe your corner was used on screen made by Silverline. they are unfortunately no longer available.

Not all hope is lost, though. Two possible replacement corners come to mind. In my opinion the 95-218 should be a good fit, though you might need to remove the slide latch that comes with the corner.

Also take a look at the 95-186 corner key. It is a little larger at 5/16" x 1". If the corner fits your frame opening then this part might just work, but you will need to cut the frame down to make up the difference.
