Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say I was not able to find any past orders under the email address we're communicating on. That said, I'll need to start from the beginning to identify the replacements for your balances.

May I see a photo of the top and bottom attachments on the balance? It would also be helpful to see any that could possibly be left behind in the window channel.

The stamp from the balance is used to determine the weight range the balances need to be able to hold to support the weight of the sash.
