Question

Before I commit to doing the work for my landlord, I wanted to find out which one I needed. On attempting to get at it, I worried that the fact that the outer/upper sash was stuck may be the only thing holding it up on these 1992 andersen windows..

What's the difference between 737 and 837?

Thanks for posting. The 24-737 and 24-837 are made for different weight windows. They are not interchangeable at all. You will need to get the stamps off your old balance box in order to identify the best replacement option.
