Hello Tom,I lost my keys for this lock I don't see a part umber on the lock so I don't know what part number need to buy. Please see attached pictures, it is a sliding door.

Sure, looks like an Andersen brand key lock. See our 82-316 (left hand) or 82-317 (right hand). I believe one of these will work for you as a replacement.
