At first sight, it appears your window uses the 15-228 pivot shoe, but I cannot fully confirm while installed. Please review the dimensions below to see how it compare.

For the coil springs, we will need to know if the original spring measures a 1/2" or 3/8" thick. This show is compatible with both the 1/2" thick Series 160 or the 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs. The original assembly will need to be removed from the window to measure accurately. I have related a few videos on the page for assistance.
