Your latch looks like an older version of an Andersen patio door mortise lock. If your door is a 2-panel door, I recommend our 82-037. If it is a 4-panel door, you consider our 82-242, which comes with a special keeper. These latches are the newer style mortise locks for Andersen. Let me know what you think!
