#79-093 guide insert

It looks like the pic of the subject #. It's a guide insert (plastic or nylon) that guides the "plunger" to the hole in the threshold below the door, from the "flush bolt" lever in edge of door. Current piece is broken/gone just past screw piece.
Appreciate your help. Please look at your 79-093 "flush bolt "assm". The 3rd pic shows the plastic part. It's the guide that goes in the bottom of the door.
