Question

I purchased 2 channel balance order number 1384120. I think I need the clip in not screw in. I have uploaded 4 pictures 1 is the hole that the clip goes in and 1 showing how the clip in inserted into the hole on another window and the other 2 pictures are the balance channel I purchased from you.Can you please advise me on what to do.

Your old balance did use a hook, yes. Since you already purchased your balances, though, there is an easier solution. You can buy our 26-200 screw plug and pop that in the square hole I see in your third photo. That will allow you to install our balances normally.
