7R Constant force coil assembly with coil

Hi,

I need a full constant force window assembly for my double hung window. It appears the coil snapped. Do you carry parts and can you include replacement instructions. There doesn't appear to be a notched area for removal.

Hi Laura. I believe you have the S140-7 7 pound Coil Balance Assembly. This particular coil balance system comes as a whole assembly. The video below shows how to remove and replace similar types of coil balance systems. Let me know if you have any other questions.
