Here are pictures of the parts I'm looking for. Also may need the tool to spread the window open.  Also any help with how to remove the sash it appears to be attached to the stops

Looks like you have our 15-086 and 15-087 Balance Assemblies. This system uses Series 180 Coil Balances. Remove the hardware from the window to confirm. The video below shows how to do this. Note that the stamp on the housing may not be reliable for determining the weight you need. Give us the exact weight of the window sash, and we can work it out for you.
