replace my part in the attached photo? The measurements are the same. The wheel is different. Should I buy the whole assembly or just the lower piece as a replacement?

Thanks for posting. If the lower part, also known as a shoe, is the only thing that's broken then you don't need to replace anything else. Look at our 15-175 and see if this is a possible match.

Paul, That did the trick, thanks! I unscrewed the coils from the old broken shoes and then attached the new shoes (the parts you recommended). I re-installed the assembly and my windows glide up and down easily now.
