I want to upgrade my rollers to something slightly better. Unless I'm crazy and it won't make any difference. The screen is frequently very stiff, but the frame is PVC and gets morning sun which causes the track to swell.
any idea what I have and any upgrade recommendations?

Thanks for your post! We do not have this exact roller but the 84-016 (nylon wheel) or the 84-104 (steel wheel) should work to replace it. The shape of the spring differs but it should not affect the installation. To confirm that this will be a fit, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them.
Both rollers are compatible with the 95-020 Acorn Patio Screen Door Corner.
