If you see second photo the rounded plastic part is cracked on both of these for this window. I need to order all parts on this window and would like to order back ups incase other break

Hi there Kim.
It appears you have a Better Bilt window that was taken over in the 1990s by MI Home Products. The parts you are showing are the 15-180 coil balance shoe, 15-181 coil spring support which also uses the 15-182 bushing, and Series 190 coil springs. Take a look and let us know if you have any questions.
