Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. More information is needed, however, for us to ID your balances. Can you show us a photo of the pivot shoe? That will allow us to narrow down your options. 

The given numbers aren't part numbers and don't help us with the identification process, unfortunately. They're just the molding numbers. We must see a photo of the pivot shoe to move forward. I apologize for any inconvenience. 

I'm sorry to say the window stickers don't help us ID your hardware. Seeing the pivot shoe is the only way for us to identify whatever it is that you have. This part would be located below the coil housing in the first photo shown here.
